FAQs

Where can I get a practice question?

We have a list of exam-like practice questions for you to choose from. Go here to take a look.

Can I use my own question?

Yes, you can.

Can I submit more than one recording at a time?

Yes, by all means. That would work well if you wanted to set aside some time to record a series of attempts in one session. However, it may be better if you wait to receive feedback on one attempt before submitting the next so that you can put into practice the advice you receive.

Can I submit a submit part 1 or part 2 of the speaking test?

No. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. Those parts of the test require interaction with the examiner and so are not suitable for home recording.

Which audio format should I use?

We accept the following audio formats: WAV, AIFF, FLAC, MP2, MP3 or Ogg Vorbis sound files.
