Yes, you can.
Yes, by all means. That would work well if you wanted to set aside some time to record a series of attempts in one session. However, it may be better if you wait to receive feedback on one attempt before submitting the next so that you can put into practice the advice you receive.
No. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible. Those parts of the test require interaction with the examiner and so are not suitable for home recording.
